  • Allow enough time to sign in and set up your practice space. If you must leave early, please inform the teacher before class, and leave as quietly as possible. 
  • Mats are included.
  • Unless absolutely essential, please don’t bring water bottles in the studio. 

STUDIO OVERVIEW

The Ashtanga Yoga Studio is a quiet, sun-filled space in the Palisades neighborhood of Northwest DC. We're on MacArthur Blvd, only a few miles from Bethesda, Tenleytown, and Arlington. We welcome everyone, from total beginners to advanced Ashtanga students.  Regardless of experience, we have a class for you. As Guruji used to say, “Anyone can practice.”
