Class Overview

This all-in-one class is a challenging, fast paced workout for Intermediate clients. You'll burn fat by working into cardio intervals while also toning, and lengthening muscles with traditional Pilates exercises. By moving quickly between exercises, using a plethora of props and incorporating a unique combination exercises, this class is never boring and always a challenge. This class will use the Pilates equipment and Jump Board to strengthen your core, improve posture and tone your entire body. Masks/face coverings are option for participants in classes starting March 1, 2022.

Know before you go

  • All clients must submit a Covid vaccine card. Please email with a copy of your vaccine card & the email address associated with your account to get the restriction lifted.
  • Masks/face coverings required by all participants in the class. 
  • Grip socks are required and are available for purchase at each location. Fitted clothing is best (tank tops, yoga pants, leggings, etc).
  • Please refrain from wearing jewelry and other loose accessories.  
  • All new clients must start with at least one Level 1 class.
  • Arrive for class at least five minutes early. Your spot may be given away if you arrive more than 10 minutes late for a scheduled class.
  • Inform the instructor of any injuries or medical issues at the beginning of class.
