Class Overview

The Level 2/3 Pilates class is for clients looking to challenge themselves and work at their own pace. The instructor uses effective exercise techniques, offering modifications so that intermediate to advanced clients can work at their own skill level for a tailored workout that is individualized to their needs. This is a great transitional class that is sure to give you a tough workout. If you are ready to push yourself, try this class to sculpt your body, develop strength, and improve your posture.

Know before you go

  • All clients must submit a Covid vaccine card. Please email with a copy of your vaccine card & the email address associated with your account to get the restriction lifted.
  • Masks/face coverings required by all participants in the class. 
  • Grip socks are required and are available for purchase at each location. Fitted clothing is best (tank tops, yoga pants, leggings, etc).
  • Please refrain from wearing jewelry and other loose accessories.  
  • All new clients must start with at least one Level 1 class.
  • Arrive for class at least five minutes early. Your spot may be given away if you arrive more than 10 minutes late for a scheduled class.
  • Inform the instructor of any injuries or medical issues at the beginning of class.
