We offer over 50 classes per week for beginners and advanced students alike, so come and sweat with us! Hot yoga is a series of 26 postures with 2 breathing exercises practiced in a heated room. Each class provides a full body workout that stretches and strengthens every muscle in the body. In addition to enhancing strength, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility, every class is a 90-minute escape from the stressors of daily life. You will leave feeling reinvigorated, stronger, and profoundly relaxed.
