Class Overview

Pilates Level 2 - With a mix of classic and contemporary, this class will take your workout to the next level. Pilates Level 2 works with a faster pace to increase your heart rate and circulation. Expect to be challenged with higher reps and heavier weight . You will receive a better understanding of your body, strength, flexibility, and mind-body awareness to take your practice to new heights. 50 minutes. Prerequisite: Strong Pilates experience. Beginners Class and multiple All Levels Classes. Required: ToeSox or other Pilates grip socks. This class is not suggested to those working with injuries and pregnant clients. Pregnant clients (any stage) must provide a doctor's note prior to or at the time of taking class. We reserve the right to cancel a booked class without proper documents. We have a 10 hour cancellation policy for all clients, please see waiver for more details.

Know before you go

  • Grip socks are required. If you don't have them, they are available for purchase at the studio.
  • For your safety, please arrive on time to your schedule class.  If you arrive 5 minutes after the scheduled start time of your class, you may be subject to forfeiture of your class.  Your slot will be offered to the next client on our waitlist and you will not be refunded your credit.

The mission of drpilates is to assist all levels of clients with finding the best balance of strength, stretch, and control. This balance of mind and body will allow clients to perform whatever their passion is through a transformational physical and personal journey.
