Class Overview

Beginners/ Level 1 Pilates - If you’re new to Pilates, pregnant, or are just getting back into fitness, this is the class for you. Experience a well rounded workout while also getting familiar with the Pilates Reformer and proper form. Learn to isolate muscle groups and activate them correctly in this light class that's meant to prepare you for our All Levels class. Prerequisite: NoneRequired: ToeSox or other Pilates grip socks.Please consult your doctor if you are working with serious injuries. Pregnant clients (any stage) must provide a doctor's note prior to or at the time of taking class. We reserve the right to cancel a booked class without proper documents. We have a 10 hour cancellation policy for all clients, please see waiver for more details.

Know before you go

  • Grip socks are required. If you don't have them, they are available for purchase at the studio.
  • For your safety, please arrive on time to your schedule class.  If you arrive 5 minutes after the scheduled start time of your class, you may be subject to forfeiture of your class.  Your slot will be offered to the next client on our waitlist and you will not be refunded your credit.

To provide you with the best Pilates moves today, drpilates is a fully equipped Pilates studio offering mat classes, reformer classes including apparatus' and strength training exercises, and one-on-one personal training. drpilates has a boutique that sells grip socks, dr pilates clothing, water bottles, essential oils and water. 
  
The mission of drpilates is to assist all levels of clients with finding the best balance of strength, stretch, and control. This balance of mind and body will allow clients to perform whatever their passion is through a transformational physical and personal journey.
