Class Overview

Jumpboard/Booty/Thigh - The first half of this class is fun jump board material designed to work everything from your ankles, calves, core and glutes while increasing your cardio and sweat factor. Then we finish it up standing work and exercises designed to target more specifically the glutes, inner-outer thighs, winding down with a series of deep stretches. 50 minutes. Prerequisite: At least one Beginners/Level 1 Class or a Private Lesson. Multiple All Levels classes are suggested. Required: ToeSox or other Pilates grip socks. Please consult your doctor if you are working with serious injuries. Pregnant clients (any stage) must provide a doctor's note prior to or at the time of taking class. We reserve the right to cancel a booked class without proper documents. Pregnant clients should discuss with their doctor prior to doing strenuous abdominal exercises. We have a 10 hour cancellation policy for all clients, please see waiver for more details.

Know before you go

  • Grip socks are required. If you don't have them, they are available for purchase at the studio.
  • For your safety, please arrive on time to your schedule class.  If you arrive 5 minutes after the scheduled start time of your class, you may be subject to forfeiture of your class.  Your slot will be offered to the next client on our waitlist and you will not be refunded your credit.
