Bootylicious Power Pilates - The Bootylicious class is a high intensity, lower body focused routine that targets the glutes with inner and outer thigh exercises sprinkled throughout. Get that booty poppin' with this powerful and athletic routine. 50 minutes. Prerequisite: At least one Beginners/Level 1 Class or a Private Lesson. This is not a Beginner's class. Required: ToeSox or other Pilates grip socks.Please consult your doctor if you are working with serious injuries. Pregnant clients (any stage) must provide a doctor's note prior to or at the time of taking class. We reserve the right to cancel a booked class without proper documents. We have a 10 hour cancellation policy for all clients, please see waiver for more details.

Know before you go

  • Grip socks are required. If you don't have them, they are available for purchase at the studio.
  • For your safety, please arrive on time to your schedule class.  If you arrive 5 minutes after the scheduled start time of your class, you may be subject to forfeiture of your class.  Your slot will be offered to the next client on our waitlist and you will not be refunded your credit.

The mission of drpilates is to assist all levels of clients with finding the best balance of strength, stretch, and control. This balance of mind and body will allow clients to perform whatever their passion is through a transformational physical and personal journey.
