Know before you go

  • We suggest wearing comfortable, supportive workout attire and sneakers.
  • Bring a mat, if you have one. If not, there are a few extra mats at the studio.
  • Bring a towel and be prepared to sweat!
  • Please note different classes are located at different studios- double check the class name to find proper class location before you come.

High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.) helps you burn more fat and calories all day long, and it is a great way to add intensity and variety to your workouts. Along with JJ Dancer’s signature hip-hop booty shaking moves throughout the class, this 60-minute total body workout will leave you breathless, sweaty and feeling AMAZING!!!
