Class Overview

This class is for people with little experience on the Pilates Reformers and Springboards/Towers or want to perfect their form. We’ll teach you how to rev up your core and use the equipment safely. This is also an excellent refresher course, so you’ll still get a great workout. If you have taken at least 3 equipment sessions, then you can skip this class. Many Mat classes? You'll still want one Basics class. Pregnant? Congrats! Classes are not appropriate for after the first trimester. Please sign up for our Pre/Post Natal classes or Privates instead.
