Class Overview

We love getting our heart rate up while lying down! You’ll spend half this class jumping with the Jumpboard/Reformer and half focused on your core (and maybe a head to toe workout!). This class will help you to tone and work up a sweat. This class will be all on the Reformer.   *At least 3 Pilates equipment classes or Privates are required first. Try Mighty Foundations or Privates if you are new to Pilates* Pregnant? Congrats! Classes are not appropriate after the first trimester. Please sign up for our Pre/Post Natal classes or Privates instead.

Mighty Pilates incorporates the great foundations of classical pilates while upping the intensity factor for an inspired, invigorating workout. All classes are taught by tough, dynamic instructors. We offer a huge schedule of classes – from Foundations classes for Pilates newbies to Power Pilates for fit Pilates gurus. We even have TRX, Booty and Core classes. Take your workouts up a notch and walk away with an energized, wow feeling.
