This class focuses in on tightening your trunk and lifting your booty, but you’ll get a full-body workout.   *At least 3 Pilates equipment classes or Privates are required first. Try Mighty Foundations or Privates if you are new to Pilates* Pregnant? Congrats! Classes are not appropriate for after the first trimester. Please sign up for our Pre/Post Natal classes or Privates instead.

We offer a huge schedule of classes – from Foundations classes for Pilates newbies to Power Pilates for fit Pilates gurus. We even have TRX, Booty and Core classes.
