Know before you go

  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class. Remove your shoes, and silence cell phones upon entering the studio. Please refrain from wearing any strong scented body sprays.
  • All indoor classes are barefoot and mats are provided. Wear comfortable workout clothes, and please bring a water bottle and towel. (it tends to get sweaty!)

The Circuit of Change method will burn massive calories, tone and sculpt your entire body, and calm your mind. Most importantly, you will leave the studio feeling refreshed & energized. 
 
Our signature class, MindBody Bootcamp, is a sweat producing full body workout combining yoga, cardio-kickboxing and tribal movement into high-intensity intervals. You'll focus on strength training, flexibility and "letting go". Every class is different and uniquely sequenced, so your mind will never be bored and your body will never plateau.
