Know before you go

  • All indoor classes are barefoot and mats are provided. Wear comfortable workout clothes, and please bring a water bottle and towel. (it tends to get sweaty!)
  • Please bring water and a yoga mat or towel to all outdoor classes.
  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class. Silence cell phones upon entering the studio and refrain from wearing any strong scented body sprays.
