Transform Fitness, headquartered in New York City, is a licensed GymnasticBodies (GymFit) training facility that facilitates both in person & livestream training. They primarily use Gymnastic Strength Training (GST) to achieve their results. GST is a methodical form of bodyweight fitness that stems specifically from the Foundations of Gymnastics and is scalable to all levels.
