If you are on the hunt for an experience that simulates road biking check out Crank Strength. This ride is designed to set your calves and quads on fire.  At the end, you will think to yourself that wasn’t 45 or 60min, time flew! Want to be pushed to the maximum, feel like you can’t turn the resistance up anymore, and never stop smiling because you’re having fun? Check out Crank's Power class. This hybrid ride draws on elements of both road riding and choreographed classes.
