Know before you go

  • SWERVE offers complimentary shoe rental. If you bring your own shoes, SWERVE's bikes are compatible with Delta Look and SPD clips.
  • The studio sells bottled water and has a filtered fountain to fill your own bottle. 
  • Riders that arrive more than 5 minutes after class begins will not be admitted into the studio. The Studio reserves the right to release bikes to walk-ins 4 minutes before class begins, so if you are going to be late, please call the studio so that they can hold your bike.
  • Full-service locker rooms are stocked with high quality products and the juice bar offers signature smoothies, cold pressed juices, coffee, tea, protein bars and other healthy snacks.

At SWERVE, indoor cycling meets team competition. Whether you come alone or with friends, the team dynamic will have you working harder, breaking barriers, and reaching your goals, together. Take on sprints, hills, and upper body exercises with your team for an incredible full-body workout that holds you accountable through every effort.
 
Riders are divided into three teams that compete against each other during class. Performance tracking technology allows you to view your personal metrics on your bike’s console, but only the team’s average scores are displayed on the scoreboards in class. Don't worry, this doesn't mean you can't sign up solo - you can join any team when you book your bike, or you can opt out of the team competition altogether.
