Class Overview

Bring your aches, pains, and asymmetries. During this class, we will play with foam rollers, deep stretches, and straps to open and release areas of chronic tension as well as develop routines for you to continue to use at home to increase your comfort and mobility. Appropriate for all levels. You will need a foam roller. A Zoom link will be emailed to you from Dibs 10 minutes before class starts.
