  • NYC classes held at Stepping Out Studios.
  • Barefoot training is preferred; form-fitting pants or loose shorts recommended.
  • JumpSport premium mini trampolines will fuel your workout; Resistance bands are provided.
  • Lockers and locks are available for rent. Bottled and coconut water are available for purchase and water fountains are available.
  • Class begins 10 minutes after the hour and studio space opens on the hour. Arrive on the hour and settle in the designated studio.

STUDIO OVERVIEW

Louis Coraggio's signature trampoLEAN classes combine cardio endurance, muscular toning and high intensity training in a 50-minute innovative and fun workout done on a trampoline.  Exercises are easily modified based on fitness levels. Varied levels of resistance bands are utilized.
