PROnatal Fitness offers prenatal and postnatal fitness classes combining modifiable cardio conditioning, total body strengthening, and proper core training. All classes are designed to address the specific needs of the expecting and new mothers’ bodies – with an emphasis placed on those muscles most critical during pregnancy, labor, and early motherhood. Classes are highly modifiable for all fitness levels, and stages of pregnancy and/or motherhood. Classes are held in various locations in uptown and downtown Manhattan. Prenatal classes are held in a studio. Postnatal classes are offered both in a studio and outdoor (stroller-based workout), depending on location. All classes are modifiable for both expecting and new moms. Just note that prenatal classes do not include childcare.
