Know before you go

  • Shimano cycle shoes with Look Delta cleats are provided; pedals also support SPD cleats.
  • If you are new, arrive at least 15 minutes before class. If you are running late, call the studio to hold your bike. Bikes can only be held up to 5 minutes after class begins to prevent disruption for other riders.
  • Forgot your gear? The studio sells tanks, tees, shorts, leggings, sports bras and socks.
