Experience the Power of five, 5-minute rowing segments alternating with four, 3-minute floor sections in this quick-paced, high-energy class The music is thumping, your heart is pumping and your strength is challenged from head to toe in this high intensity, interval training style class, but without the impact! While this is our highest intensity class, you can always go at your own pace to get the workout you want and need.
