Class Overview

Do you enjoy your time on the rowing machine and all the amazing full body strength and cardio benefits that rowing brings ALL ON ITS OWN? Then, the time will fly in Full Row! This class is primarily on the rowing machine, entertained by a variety of music-based rowing intervals and carried by the rhythm of the crew in the row room. Your heart rate is in the aerobic zone for most of class, which makes Full Row is a great calorie burning, endurance-based workout that is kind to your joints and a low risk of injury. There is one short 3-minute break to stretch halfway through, and then go back for our final section and challenge our aerobic threshold! While this is an all levels class, we suggest this class for those that are comfortable spending 15+ minutes at one time on the rowing machine.
