Know before you go

  • Wear workout attire and bring bottled water. Please do not wear lotion or heavy perfume/deodorant.
  • After completing the Level 1 Original Series, bring workout shorts (for a better grip on the pole), 6-inch platform heels (for fun walking lessons!) and music.
  • Make sure to sign up for appropriate class levels.
  • Bring your own lock for lockers.
