STUDIO OVERVIEW

Regenerate Fitness™ NYC is a private and semi private personal training studio specializing in corrective exercise (reducing likelihood of injury and increasing performance) and weight loss. Reggie Cooley, co-founder, is a NASM certified Corrective Exercise Specialist and Jeni Fujita, co-founder, has lost and kept off 40 lbs through clean eating and regular exercise. It’s their combined passion for health, wellness and fitness that brought them together and brought about the conception of Regenerate Fitness™ NYC.
