Know before you go

  • Allow yourself extra time to check in with security of building at 180 Maiden Lane. I.D. card needed to sign in.
  • All new students must arrive 15 minutes early. If it is your first chair class you must also arrive 15 minutes early. You will be turned away if you do not arrive on time or get an equipment introduction.
  • For ChaisePedal classes, please allow yourself additional time for bike set-up and fitting; $2 shoe rental. Bikes accommodate SPD and Look Delta cleats. Sneakers required for all other classes.
  • If you arrive more than 5 minutes late to class, you will not be allowed into class.
