Class Overview

This class is for children ages 5-8 who want to take a break from quarantine life and hop on the mat to move their bodies!   It’s a thirty-minute, fun-filled class where kids learn the basic principles of mat pilates through storytelling. Please bring your favorite stuffed animal to class to serve as your prop and trusty sidekick as we go on this adventure together!   The class is $15 per family, and parents, siblings and pets are welcome to join!
