Know before you go

YOGA:

  • You will need a yoga mat, a towel the size of your mat, and water
  • While we don’t rent mats due to hygiene concerns we do have mats for sale.
  • After class we ask that you wipe up any sweat around your practice area with a towel
  •  we recommend wearing ToeSox, clean flip-flops, or regular socks into and out of the Hot Room.
  • Please no one shirtless

BARRE/Dance:

  • We require Grip Socks or Ballet slippers for all Barre Classes.
  • For Barre classes that include Cardio Dance please bring a clean pair of sneakers.

 

STUDIO OVERVIEW

We created Soma Samadhi Yoga & Dance to support the well-being of our community. Our studio is a place where adults, children, and families can come to rejuvenate their mind, body, and spirit as well as explore their creativity. Our wellness programs and classes offer movement that is safe and physically therapeutic in a fun and upbeat atmosphere. It is our greatest pleasure to support all who enter our space in their journey toward a greater sense of peace, love, and joy
