Know before you go

  • We recommend to show up 15 minutes before class for check in and setup.
  • Please understand, the class starts when everyone is signed in. If you are 3 minutes late, you will lose your spot entirely with no refund.
  • We have shoes for rent and water for sale. We provide hand towels and bath towels.
  • Our facilities have locker rooms, lockers with locks, showers, shampoo, condition and body wash.
  • We also provide high-speed wi-fi for our ryders.
  • You should prepare to sweat, work, and be energized after class.

STUDIO OVERVIEW

Rhythm Ryde is a full-body workout that is rhythmic-based that prides itself on being one of the toughest indoor cycling workouts in the city. It is not just for advanced, beginners have the fastest results. The atmosphere is next level. Our studio is 7,800 square feet of magic with the top of the line sound systems, bikes & locker rooms. You will lose yourself and be able to center your mind to take on the outside world. High-Intensity Interval training helps tone and shape muscle with superior results, while mentally and physically recharging your body and mindset. Our instructors are highly trained in full body and mind awareness, making each class an opportunity to grow. If you haven't tried Rhythm Ryde, you might as well think all indoor cycling and spin studio are the same.
