Synergy Fit offers many different aspect of training from Hiit, Metabolic Conditioning, Pilates, Yoga and Barre, small group and one on one training. Our classes are for all levels and everyone receives the individual attention they need. We combined metabolic, strength, cardio, and interval training. This workout will drive and inspire you to get fit and stay fit. Our 60 minute classes are constantly varied and individually designed to provide our clients with the safest and most effective calorie burning, strength building workouts. Our workout is constantly evolving to work your muscle with your heart and your heart with your muscle. In small group and one on one sessions, Synergy Fit clients will receive a full body, high intensity, cardio and strength training workout. Synergy Fit Yoga, Pilate and Barre classes will help increase your strength, endurance, balance and flexibility.
