Know before you go

  • Located in TriBeCa on the East side of Broadway, 1 block south of Canal. 
  • Studio has full locker rooms, showers, mats and towels for rent and organic toiletries.
  • Please arrive 5 minutes before class; no one will be permitted to enter the studio 5 minutes after class start, no exceptions.
  • All classes are practiced in a heated room; lightweight, wicking athletic wear is recommended. 
  • Bring a mat and two towels, or you can rent them at the studio. 

STUDIO OVERVIEW

sweat yoga is a progressive studio teaching heated (92-98 degree) athletic, music driven, power vinyasa classes. 
 
Their Tribeca / Chinatown location has spa like locker room facilities with rainfall showers!
 
Classes are taught to creative playlists that reflect the teacher’s determination to keep class interesting, upbeat and well-choreographed.  During class you are invited to Find YOUR Flow, with space in class to practice at your pace, achieved through a supporting hand for beginners and providing options for those with a more advanced practice.
 
You will be led into a series of sequences, guided in a way that allows you to absorb the routine and set free to explore that flow.  Lose yourself in your breath, movement and the music; a true moving meditation.  Each time returning as a group to move onto the next segment of class.
