45min Barre blast at home!    Plie. Hold. Repeat.Strengthen and sculpt like a dancer. Expect a continuously paced mix of barre, pilates, body weight training, and cardio bursts in this beat driven barre class. Don't have a barre studio at home? Grab a chair, the countertop or just a wall.No weights? Grab some water bottles, soup cans, or some textbooks. Our instructors will be giving equipment modifications to make sure you still get the best work out as possible.
