Class Overview

45 min Sculpt session sweat!    Pull. Push. Tone from head to toe. A total body conditioning class consisting of little to no impact. The workout usually includes the use of props such as resistance bands, hand weights, and gliders to target each muscle group, sculpting a lean, long figure from head to toe.  If you don't have props at home, you can use food cans or  water bottles, and a towel.
