Class Overview

Perfect your form and technique, challenge your stamina, and increase your strength, in this 45 min class designed to give you fundamentals and tools to take your training to the next level.    Sneakers required. This class can be done with no equipment, however we do recommend adding it in as you get stronger! Equipment suggested: Heavier dumbbells, resistance bands, towel or mat.
