Walk2fit is a 45-minute indoor rhythm-based exercise class that combines, walking, climbing, trekking and running. It features a strength training high-energy cardio aerobic exercise, executed in a state of the art mechanical (doesn’t use electricity) treadmill called “MaxerRunner”, the only human energy device that faithfully reproduces the outdoor walking, climbing, trekking and running, the only mechanical unit that reaches the inclination of 40 degrees.
Walk2fit is so much more than just a workout — it’s a powerful mind-body experience. We walk together as a group in a soft light studio using chronotherapy and the rhythm of amazing playlists in order to achieve unique classes every time. We’re coached by great instructors, who support us, coach us and push us to reach our personal bests and must of all to get in shape and have fun. Our revolutionary class is finally available in Scarsdale New York but soon will reach other destinations.
