Know before you go

  • Come ready to sweat! Please wear comfortable workout clothes, including sneakers for bootcamp/HIIT, boxing, and dance classes.
  • First-timers arrive 15 minutes early to create a profile. Due to the live production of class, anyone who arrives with less than 5 minutes will not be allowed in the studio.
  • For Boxing/Kickboxing classes, we sell wraps for $6 (yours to keep) and rent gloves for $4.
  • All classes are live streamed and/or filmed for on-demand video content. When entering the NEOU facility and our studios, you are entering an area where photography, audio, and video recording occur.

NEOU is a 20,000 sq. ft. fitness hub, featuring classes from the top fitness studios, concepts, and elite trainers from around the world. Reinvent your fitness routine with classes ranging from bootcamp, high intensity interval training (HIIT), boxing, yoga, dance, mobility, and more. All classes are live streamed and/or filmed for on-demand video content. Class format may vary based on duration of class.
