The RX30 workout is a progressive H.I.I.T style fitness program conducted in an organized and structured class environment. These classes will increase strength, improve endurance, stamina, and help you lose body fat so you can get lean. Your RX30 class WILL be challenging, but it will leave you super energized. The movements are simple but effective.
