Class Overview

Calming belly breaths send the neurological signal that you are safe, you are grounded and held and all is well. They send the body into a deep state of relax and a soulful return home to self. This class is practiced lying down, beginning with breath and ending with a pacifying guided meditation. This simple and deeply restorative breath work will leave you feeling relaxed and capable of handling the circumstances life throws you with a sense of ease and calm.   About Your Guide :  Tiffany Curren's first experience with spirituality was an unlikely, divine moment when (at age five) Swami Satchidananda lifted her up over his head, smiled, and gave her a new name, Shakti Prema. This experience altered her trajectory and landed her on a path of spirituality based modalities. She is a Certified Breathwork Healer and Advanced Reiki practicioner. To Prepare for this class : This class is done lying flat. You may want a blanket and a pillow for comfort. If you have an eye pillow, that could be really nice as well. The Technical Side:All of our class times are listed in EST (eastern Standard time)You will receive your link to zoom an hour before class begins. If you do not receive it, it may be because your notification settings in mindbody are set to opt out of emails. Know before you go

  • You are perfect, and we are a “come as you are” kind of community.  Take note we will have you remove shoes before entering the dome, so we recommend cozy socks. There are props here for you to use like mats, blankets and pillows depending on the experience.
  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class. We close the doors 5 minutes after the stated start time.  While we understand how easy it is to run behind in a busy city, we want to honor our class times to create a safe container for all visitors once inside the dome.
