Express 40 minute Jump Board/Reformer Class. Great Cardio workout with a focus on Symmetry of the Body and Strengthening of the Abdominals. Jump Board is Plyometrics to train coordination, strengthening the muscles and burning calories. This is Aerobic training and conditioning at its Best! Little stress/impact on the knees and low impact on the joints. The springs help the muscles tone without bulking; leaving long and lean muscles with a deep focus on the Core!
