Class Overview

A 45-minute strength and conditioning class that sculpts lean muscle and gets you in the sickest shape ever. Get the same results as personal training, for just $26/class. PWR has that signature party vibe of a cardio class, but we’re focusing on low-impact, strength and conditioning-exercises. This class focuses especially on glutes and core. You're in and out in just 45 minutes, and sore for days 😈 Go awf!   Vaccination RequirementsAs of Tuesday 9/7/2021, all classes at 305 Fitness are fully vaxxed. You must show proof of vaccination when checking in for your first class. We’ll make a note in your MindBody account so you’ll be set for all future classes. Note that you are considered fully vaccinated 2 weeks after your last shot. For proof of vaccination you can show your vaccine card, a photo of your vaccine card, or your Excelsior Pass. We strongly recommend that all clients and staff wear masks indoors. We recognize that this is your personal choice, and encourage it for your safety and the safety of those around you. We also ask that everyone continues to sanitize often when in studio, and if you are not feeling well, have a fever, or have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, please stay home! We’ll be flexible with our cancellation policy.
