Our Bar Advanced™ barre class challenges experienced barre enthusiasts to ask more of their muscles through deeper thigh and seat work. All classes are generally 60 minutes long. The 45-minute Express version of each class that packs a full barre class into a condensed format.

Know before you go

  • New students should arrive 15 minutes early
  • Students will not be allowed in the class more than 10 minutes after it has started.
  • Socks and pants required (no shorts)
  • Only non-breakable water containers allowed in the studio room
  • No gum or cell phones allowed in studio room
  • Pregnant clients should schedule a time prior to their first class to review potential exercise modifications
