Our signature Bar Method™ class is our most popular as it offers an easy-to-follow, fast-paced format that can be modified according to fitness level. The 45-minute Express version packs a full barre class into a condensed format. Additionally, this class ends with 15 minutes of Bar Restore™ for those looking to incorporate more stretching in their routine.

Know before you go

  • Arrive 10-15 minutes early for your first class to fill out paperwork and get a tour of the studio (no late entries)
  • Returning students may not enter 10 minutes after class start.
  • Bring socks that cover your whole foot. Grippy socks are recommended but not required. We also have grippy socks for sale at the studio.
  • Located on Broadway between Bond and Great Jones, right above the OMG Jeans store.

The Bar Method New York City - Noho is a boutique fitness studio offering barre classes for students of all levels. The signature method uses your own body weight, the ballet barre and a few props to create a transformative workout that results in long, lean sculpted muscles. Not only does it reshape your entire body, but it allows you to channel your inner strength and leave class feeling strong, confident and poised. Highly-trained instructors customize the exercises to ensure they are safe and effective for any age and every body, including modifications for pregnant women and students with injuries. Our staff and community are here to support you from the moment you walk through the door.
