Class Overview

Our unique series of 40 postures typically practiced in a 60, 75, or 90 minute class, condensed to 45 minutes for the yogi on the go! These postures combine the precision of therapeutic yoga and the foundations of traditional yoga in a specially heated room (100F and 40%-50% humidity). The Modo series is a cardiovascular workout that loosens, strengthens and tones the muscles, while calming the mind and reducing stress. The heat allows for deep, safe stretching and promotes detoxification of the skin, blood and muscles through sweat. Classes are suitable for all levels.All of our classes start on time and latecomers cannot be admitted.Once class starts, we ask that students stay in class for the duration of their sweaty practice!

Know before you go

  • Studio is located on the 2nd floor; note that the elevator is usually locked so please use the stairs. 
  • Bring your own mat and towel or rent them at the desk.
  • Full showers and lockers avalable at the studio (no need to bring your own lock).
