Class Overview

A Condensed version of the Modo flow sequence, linking your breath and movement to create a fluid experience rooted in vinyasa yoga. Recommended that you take 5-10 classic Modo classes to become comfortable with sequencing and breath transition within your practice. All of our classes start on time and latecomers cannot be admitted.Once class starts, we ask that students stay in class for the duration of their sweaty practice!

Know before you go

  • Studio is located on the 2nd floor; note that the elevator is usually locked so please use the stairs. 
  • Bring your own mat and towel or rent them at the desk.
  • Full showers and lockers avalable at the studio (no need to bring your own lock).
