STUDIO OVERVIEW

Henry Street Pilates offers small group Classical Pilates Tower classes. Clients develop core strength, sculpted physiques, flexibility, and cardio fitness. HSP is fun and friendly, but still ferocious. The instructors know you – not just your name, not just your goals, but your aches and pains, too, your weak spots and strengths, and how to make you laugh.
