At Hot Spot Yoga, hot power vinyasa takes the traditional vinyasa series and incorporates a dynamic more rapid flow that detoxifies, heals and rejuvenates the body. Vinyasa is a type of yoga that offers a variety of poses with a strong emphasis on the breath; the body flows and transitions into each pose with the waves of the breath.
Often referred to as “meditation in motion”, all of our open level power vinyasa classes cultivate strength, endurance, focus, balance, and flexibility. The room is heated anywhere from 90 to 100 degrees with 40% humidity to help facilitate the integration of sweat, strength and spirit.
