Know before you go

  • Sneakers are required for Strength and HIIT classes. No shoes are required for the Sculpt Fusion class.
  • The studio has a cooler to refill your personal water bottle or they sell bottled water for $1.
  • Locks for lockers, towels, showers, shower products, hair dryers, and great amenities are available for you to use after class.
  • Studios and classes are for women only.
  • Clients who arrive more than 5 mins late will not be allowed into class.

Uplift is a women-only boutique fitness studio offering amazing group classes, personal training and private events. Our three signature classes are Uplifting-Strength, Uplifting-HIIT, and Uplifting-Sculpt Fusion. It’s a full workout routine that will get you into amazing shape and allow you to finally push past your fitness plateaus. Your inner athlete will be put to the test as you work hard to get stronger, more toned and experience an incredible overall satisfied feeling, both inside and out. Be ready to sweat.
