Class Overview

Kettlebell and Core is for those looking to take their workouts up to a high level using basic and advanced kettlebell moves and techniques, combined with various core exercises to create a great total body workout. The class integrates bands, slides, and TRX's moves in combination with Kettlebell exercises. Students will learn all about building "complexes" for a metabolic challenge that's sure to help get you results.  Given to you, VIRTUAL.
