Body Camp: SPORT VIRTUAL + IN-STUDIO: 1 Dumbbell or Kettlebell is REQUIRED. The perfect combination of high intensity cardio and strength, this 45-50 minute class will not only leave you breathless but will also help you build and maintain lean muscle mass. Tabatas, AMRAPs, EMOMs...get ready for a little bit of everything! This class is recommended for all levels and weights are required.
