Class Overview

Body Camp: STRENGTH IN-STUDIO ONLY: 1 Dumbbell or Kettlebell is REQUIRED. Consider this your personal training session but in a class setting. This 50 minute class is low impact with an emphasis on challenging your strength and technique. You'll get a functional, full body workout in which quality movements are prioritized. Class size is limited to 16 people and is recommended for more advanced clients.
