Body Camp: IN-STUDIO ONLY:  Our signature 45 minute circuit style, BODY-WEIGHT class. Elevate your heart rate by combining body weight based strength, power, and endurance exercises. This class is recommended for all levels and weights are optional for certain exercises. Please let your instructor know of any injuries upon arrival!
